How to Use Manual Order (and What It’s For)
Easily place orders that weren’t processed automatically — Infinity handles the rest.
Overview
The Manual Order feature is used when an order was not placed automatically by Infinity for any reason.
Instead of fulfilling it yourself, you can use Manual Order to have Infinity place it on Amazon, mark it as shipped, and update eBay with valid tracking: just like an automated order.
Manual Order ensures no sale ever slips through the cracks. |
How It Works
- Enter the eBay Order Number
Go to the Manual Order section in your dashboard and enter the full eBay order ID.
Example: 01-253224-3243
- Infinity Places the Order
Infinity will automatically:
- Place the order on Amazon
- Mark it as Shipped on eBay
- Add verified tracking from a trusted carrier (Zinc)
- Requires One Auto Order Credit
Each Manual Order requires one Auto Order credit, which covers automated fulfillment and tracking services.
Credits cost $1 per order.
You can purchase more credits here:

When to Use Manual Order
Use Manual Order if:
- Infinity failed to automatically place an order
- You created a listing manually outside of Infinity
- An order was received while your automation was paused
- You want Infinity to handle a one-off order manually
Manual Order gives you full flexibility to process exceptions without doing it yourself. |
