Technical Issues with Tracking
If your Amazon order has shipped but tracking hasn’t appeared yet, here’s how to troubleshoot it.
Why Tracking Might Be Delayed
Infinity continuously checks Amazon for updates, including tracking details.
However, there can sometimes be a short delay between when Amazon marks an item as “shipped” and when tracking appears in your Infinity dashboard or eBay order.
Most tracking updates appear within a few hours |
Common Reasons and Fixes
1. Tracking Sync Delay
Infinity polls Amazon every few hours for tracking updates.
If tracking doesn’t show up immediately, wait a few hours before assuming there’s an issue.
In most cases, the system will automatically update once the next poll runs.
2. Check the Infinity Dashboard
Go to your dashboard: https://www.infinitybot.io/dashboard
There you can view all your orders and see if tracking has already been added.
If it’s visible there but not yet on eBay, you can copy it manually into your eBay order page.
The dashboard always shows the most recent tracking pulled from Amazon. |
3. Check the Tracking Source on Amazon
Log in to your Amazon account and open the order page.
Look for the carrier information: if it shows USPS, UPS, or FedEx, you can manually enter it on eBay.
This ensures eBay recognizes the tracking as valid and begins updating the delivery progress.
4. Contact Infinity Support
If tracking still isn’t available after following the steps above:
- Reach out to Infinity Support.
- Include your Amazon order number, it looks like this:
111-2664971-7827408
- Our team will retrieve your verified tracking manually and get it added as soon as possible.
Providing the order number helps us locate and sync your tracking faster. |
