Overview

Order Tokens are the credits Infinity uses to place orders on your behalf.

Each time Infinity processes and fulfills an order automatically, one token is deducted from your account balance.

How It Works

1. Automatic Usage

Every time Infinity places an order for you, including handling fulfillment, shipment, and tracking, one token is used.

If your token balance reaches zero, Infinity will pause automatic ordering until you top up.

2. Cost per Token

Each token costs $1 per order.

3. Keep a Healthy Balance

Maintaining a positive token balance ensures no orders are skipped or delayed.

When your balance runs low, Infinity notifies you to add more.

How to Buy More Tokens

1. Go to your dashboard:

2. Scroll to “Manage Order Tokens.”
3. Click “Buy More.”
4. Choose how many tokens you want to purchase and complete checkout.

Your tokens will be added instantly to your account after payment.
