How to Set Up Full Automation in Infinity (Step-by-Step Guide)

Why Full Automation Matters for eBay Sellers

This guide will walk you through the exact steps to set up billing, payment, and Amazon account setup so you can fully automate your dropshipping workflow.

Step 1: Billing Information Setup

1. Go to your dashboard: https://www.infinitybot.io/dashboard/accounts
2. Under Billing Information, click Add.
3. Enter your business billing details accurately.

This ensures the correct billing address is used when we place the order on your behalf.

Step 2: Payment Information Setup

1. Navigate again to your Accounts page: https://www.infinitybot.io/dashboard/accounts
2. Under Payment Information, click Add.
3. If you're using the Amazon Prime Store Card (recommended — offers 5% cashback on all orders), enter a random expiration date in the future (for example, 06/30).

This ensures the correct payment information is used when we place the order on your behalf.

Step 3: Connect your Amazon account

Part A — Open your Amazon account

1. Go to amazon.com/gp/css/homepage.html
2. Click Login & security

Part B — Get your 2FA key

1. Scroll to 2-step verification and click Manage

1. Under Preferred method, click Add new app

1. On the QR code screen, click Can't scan the barcode?
2. Copy the long key on step 3 of the popup. This is your 2FA key.

Part C — Fill out Infinity

1. Paste the 2FA key into Infinity
2. Enter your Amazon email, password, and phone number
3. Click Connect

Part D — Verify with Amazon

1. Close the "Can't scan the barcode?" popup to return to the QR code screen, then scan the QR with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy) to activate it

1. Your authenticator app now shows a 6-digit code. Enter those 6 digits into the Amazon box
2. Click Verify OTP and continue
