Managing Your Agency Users
If you run a managed agency, the Users page is your control center for the sellers under your account. From here you oversee each managed store in one place.
What you can do
- Add and invite managed sellers.
- Open a seller's detail page to review their eBay and Amazon status, listings, fulfillment, and settings.
- Configure a member's store on their behalf (policies, markup, and more).
Why it matters
Running multiple stores by hand does not scale. Managing them centrally lets you keep every seller's listings live, orders placed, and tracking uploaded without logging into each one.
Tip
Use each user's detail page to spot problems early: a disconnected eBay token, a missing Amazon proxy, or stalled fulfillment all show up there.
