Managing Your Connected Accounts

The Accounts page is where you connect and manage the accounts Infinity uses on your behalf: your eBay store, your Amazon buying account, proxies, and API keys.

What lives here

• eBay — connect or reconnect the store Infinity lists and fulfills for.
• Amazon — the buying account used to place orders, plus its 2FA and proxy.
• Order Atlas API key — required for automated ordering.

Keeping connections healthy

Most "it stopped working" issues trace back to a broken connection here:

• An expired eBay token (reconnect to fix).
• A missing or wrong Amazon 2FA secret or proxy.
• A rotated Order Atlas key.

Tip

If orders or listings start failing in bulk, check this page first. A quick reconnect usually clears it.
