Understanding Your Dashboard

Your dashboard is the home base for your Infinity store. It gives you a quick read on how your business is doing and a launchpad to every tool.

What you see here

• Sales and profit at a glance for your selected time period.
• Order activity so you can spot anything that needs attention (orders to place, tracking to upload).
• Listing health so you know how much of your store is live and selling.

Getting around

The sidebar groups everything into a few areas:

• Products for sourcing, listing, your catalog, and performance.
• Fulfillment for placing orders and uploading tracking.
• Store Management for configuration, offers, marketing, and buyer messages.
• Me for your account, billing, and notifications.

Tip

If something on the dashboard looks off (sales not updating, counts that look wrong), it is almost always a connection issue with eBay or Amazon. Check Accounts first.
