What Is The Awaiting Shipment Page?

Last updated: April 16, 2026

Find every eBay order you sold but haven't shipped yet, all in one place.

What This Page Does

When someone buys one of your eBay listings, eBay expects you to ship it out. The Awaiting Shipment page shows you a list of every order that has been paid for but has not been shipped yet. These are the orders you still need to take care of.

Think of it like a to-do list for your store. Each row is a sale that needs you to do something.

Example

Let's say you sold three items on eBay today:

  • A phone case to Sarah
  • A yoga mat to Mike
  • A camping tent to Lisa

All three will show up on your Awaiting Shipment page. Once you buy the item on Amazon and ship it to the buyer, that order disappears from this page because it's no longer waiting.

How To Use It

  1. Open the Awaiting Shipment page from the sidebar.
  2. Look at the list. Each row shows you the item name, who bought it, what they paid, and when they ordered.
  3. Pick an order and fulfill it. That means going to Amazon, buying the same item, and shipping it to the buyer's address.
  4. When you're done, add the tracking number on the Needs Tracking page so eBay knows the order has shipped.

Why It Matters

  • You won't forget an order. Every sale shows up here automatically.
  • eBay has shipping deadlines. If you don't ship on time, you can get in trouble with eBay. This page helps you stay on top of them.
  • Happy buyers leave good feedback. Shipping fast keeps your store's rating high.

The Awaiting Shipment page is the first place you should check every day. If the list is empty, you are all caught up!
