What Is The Cleanup Page?

Last updated: April 16, 2026

Automatically find and relist old listings that aren't selling.

What This Page Does

Not every listing on eBay sells. Some items sit in your store for weeks with no views, no watchers, and no sales. The Cleanup page is where you tell Infinity to find those boring old listings and give them a fresh start.

"Cleanup" means ending a listing and relisting it as a brand-new one. When a listing is brand new, eBay shows it to more people, which gives it a better chance to sell.

Example

Let's say you listed a phone case 45 days ago. It has 0 watchers, 2 views, and no sales. It's just sitting there.

On the Cleanup page, you can set rules like:

  • Only clean up listings older than 30 days.
  • Only clean up listings with fewer than 3 watchers.
  • Only clean up listings with fewer than 10 views.
  • Clean up a maximum of 20 listings per day.

With those rules, your old phone case would be cleaned up. Infinity ends it and relists it with a new listing number. Now it has a fresh chance to be seen by buyers.

How To Use It

  1. Open the Cleanup page from the sidebar.
  2. Turn the feature on with the toggle.
  3. Set how old a listing must be before cleanup. Most sellers start with 30 days.
  4. Set the watcher and view limits. Listings below these numbers are the ones not getting attention.
  5. Set how many listings to clean up per day. Don't do too many at once. 10-25 per day is a safe place to start.
  6. Save.

Why It Matters

  • Fresh listings get seen more. eBay's search likes new listings.
  • Your store stays clean. Old, forgotten items get a second chance instead of sitting forever.
  • It runs automatically. Once you set the rules, Infinity does it every day. You don't have to check on it.

Cleanup is like rotating the products on a store shelf. Items up front get more attention. This page makes sure nothing is stuck in the back gathering dust.
