What Is The Listing Performance Page?

Last updated: April 16, 2026

See how your eBay listings are doing so you know what's working and what isn't.

What This Page Does

The Listing Performance page is your report card. It shows you real numbers from eBay about how many people looked at your listings, how many clicked, how many bought, and which items are pulling the most weight for your store. It covers the last 30 days.

Example

Let's say last month you had 50 listings. This page will tell you things like:

  • Impressions: How many times your listings showed up in eBay search. Maybe 10,000.
  • Clicks: How many people clicked on your listings. Maybe 500.
  • Sales: How many items you sold. Maybe 15.
  • Top Listings: A table of the listings that got the most views and sales.

You might see that your phone case listing got 2,000 impressions and 25 sales, while your yoga mat listing got 5,000 impressions but only 1 sale. That tells you something: the phone case title and photos are working great, but the yoga mat needs work. Maybe the price is too high, or the title isn't catching people's eye.

How To Use It

  1. Open the Listing Performance page from the sidebar.
  2. Look at the top stats. These are your totals for the last 30 days.
  3. Scroll to the Top Listings table. This shows you which listings are winners and which are not.
  4. Take action. For listings that are getting lots of views but no sales, try lowering the price. For listings getting no views at all, try improving the title or photos.

Why It Matters

  • You find out what's selling. Guessing gets you nowhere. This page shows you the truth.
  • You can copy your winners. If one listing is crushing it, look at what makes it different and try to do the same for others.
  • You stop wasting time. Listings that never get seen are not worth keeping around. Either fix them or let Cleanup retire them.

Check this page once a week. Over time you'll learn which kinds of products do well in your store, and you can lean into them.
